The vineyard "Hausweingärten" is located in the neighbouring commune Loidesthal. The soil consists of a solid layer of Chernozem (black earth) bedded on loamy silt. Both the nearby March (river) and the continental climate have an influence on the wines that thrive there.

Harvested by hand and destemmed. Fermented at 20 °C (68 °F) in big wooden barrel.
wine description
Nothing for the faint-hearted: 14,3 %vol! Fine blossom honey notes meet hints of freshly cut hay. On the palate, fine pear aroma and a delicate scent of wood gives our Weißburgunder (Pinot Blanc) a velvety finish.

Goes well with fish, crustaceans and white meat. The ideal companion for a true feast.
